Monday through Friday
12:00-1:00pm
Lunchtime Yoga
Take a break in the middle of your hectic day to treat yourself to a yoga class. Hatha yoga classes are exercise sessions that focus on the mind-body connection. These classes include breathwork, stretching and balancing postures, and meditation. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to face the rest of your day.
2:30-3:45pm
Chair Yoga
These classtimes are dedicated to the not-so-nimble. If you have difficulty getting up and down off the floor, then these sessions are for you! All of the principles of yoga are included in a class which involves postures either sitting in a chair or standing behind it.
5:00-6:15pm and 6:30-7:45pm
Hatha Yoga
Offered twice each evening, these sessions are open to all fitness levels. Mindful breathing will flow into physical postures focused on strength-building, flexibility and balance. Each class will end with a meditation that will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.

Pre-Natal Yoga
These classes are designed for expecting mothers. Yoga is beneficial at all stages of life, and these specially designed classes will focus on the specific needs of moms-to-be. They will leave you feeling terrific!
